• Our team will contact you by email or WhatsApp, usually within a few hours, to confirm availability and the total rate for your stay.
• Once confirmed, we will share your available payment options, which may include a secure payment link, bank transfer, or payment on arrival, depending on your booking.
• You will receive a confirmation once payment arrangements are complete.

We never ask for full card details by email, WhatsApp message, or text — any secure payment link we send will come from a verified, trusted payment provider. If you are ever unsure about a payment request, please contact us directly to confirm before proceeding.
